Herbal Essences needed a refresh to their brand in hopes of capturing the attention of millennial women who have shown a greater interest in natural products. I led a team of copywriters to bring this vision to life with website content that married the Herbal Essences’s tone of voice with an architecture that allowed users to easily find the information they need. The result was a modern and intuitive website that communicates the benefits of the products while maintaining the fun of shopping for hair products.
