As the content lead as SinglePlatform, I was responsible for all digital and external copy from ideation through execution and optimization. During my time with the company, I developed highly watched video series that were shared on the website and social channels while also being used as a tool by the sales team. All content had a shared goal of educating small business owners about the power of a digital presence and how SinglePlatform could help manage that presence.
